Terms of Service
Last updated: May 14, 2026. These terms are production-structured placeholders and should be reviewed by counsel before final publication.
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ShopOps websites, apps, support, and managed Shopify operations services. By using ShopOps, you agree to these terms and any applicable order forms or service agreements.
Services
ShopOps may provide Shopify operational support, workflow automation, app installation, app functionality, consulting, and related services. Specific service scope, response times, deliverables, and pricing may be defined in separate written agreements.
Merchant Responsibilities
- Provide accurate store, product, inventory, and business information.
- Maintain appropriate Shopify permissions, staff access, and third-party app access.
- Review and approve operational changes when requested.
- Comply with Shopify terms and applicable laws.
Apps and Availability
ShopOps apps may change over time. Features, availability, documentation, and integrations may be updated, suspended, or discontinued as needed for security, compliance, or product direction.
Managed Services
Managed services are consulting and operational support services, not a guarantee of specific revenue, conversion, ranking, or platform outcome. Enterprise or custom work may require separate agreements.
Fees
Fees are described on the website, in app listings, or in written agreements. Custom services may require custom pricing, deposits, or recurring subscriptions.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business or operational information. The receiving party should use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for the agreed purpose.
Intellectual Property
ShopOps retains ownership of its website, apps, software, workflows, templates, documentation, and brand assets. Merchants retain ownership of their store content and business data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any liability cap should be finalized in counsel-reviewed terms or applicable service agreements.
