TaskBoard is coming soon. Preview requests are handled through ShopOps contact and managed services conversations.

Troubleshooting

For preview users, include task ID, intake source, expected status, screenshots, and impacted Shopify store.

Version placeholder

Current public support version: preview track. Documentation and changelog will expand as the platform ships.

Response expectations

Managed services requests are prioritized by plan. General preview requests receive an initial response within one business day.
